Ami Bistro is part of the Nsure Group Ltd and this is our Privacy Policy, where we provide lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

What information do we collect about you?

Primarily we collect anonymous information about you when you visit our website in order to understand your journey around the site – see the Google Analytics section for more details, however we will also collect information about you when you use our website to purchase gift cards.
The information collected during a purchase consists of
Your name, address, email address and if you enter it a telephone number
When you make a payment or purchase with us, your paypal username
Your computers IP address (an address given to a computer to get onto the web)
A name and address of a third party, if we ship to them directly
A username and password if you setup an account (encrypted using md5 technology and not decipherable by us)
We may also collect information when you voluntarily complete client surveys or provide feedback to us.

Why do we need to collect and use your personal data?

The primary legal basis that we intend to use for the processing of your data is for the performance of our contract with you. The information that we collect about you is required for us to be able to carry out the services that you require from us effectively.
