• For a very special evening, hosted by Hidden Springs vineyard

  Hidden Springs, a local independent vineyard, will be at Ami to explain the wine making process and history while pairing their wines with exceptional cheeses.  Ami will be serving a Charcuterie board, breads, homemade chutneys and crackers and will be serving the cheese in courses, along with the expert wine knowledge of Hidden Springs.

  Packed full of tropical fruit with a floral honeysuckle nose and a flinty minerality. Aromas of pear and citrus fruit work harmoniously with flavours of pear, apricot, honey and grapefruit, a beautiful creamy complexity and an exuberant finish.

• Baccus Fumé 2021

  Ripe nectarine, citrus and classic elderflower aromas are paired with a hint of vanilla spice from the partial oak fermentation. A touch of minerality and toasted coconut create a wine that is delicate yet sumptuous and fantastic with food.

  We’re sure you’ll love this traditional method sparkling wine. It is lively and bright with lemon peel, blackberry and brioche aromas leading to flavours of lime, blackcurrant and crunchy green apple, vibrant bubbles with a lingering finish make this a real gem.
